Debra has spent most of her professional career working in Sexual Health in a range of roles that include:
Nurse Practitioner, Sexual health advisor and latterly leading and managing sexual health across a large geographical area in the community settings.
She was involved in setting up community services and taking forward the Public Health agenda ensuring services were designed to be able to engage with hard to reach young people.
She has a first degree in sexual health and a Masters degree in Public Health.
She has a proven track record of successfully leading and managing change and is currently leading the sexual health economy across County Durham and Darlington to meet the needs of patients, as well as ensuring services are effiecient and offer high quality care
