They go the extra mile, always trying to accommodate urgent scans, and never complain. As a lung cancer specialist nurse my job is made much easier by their commitment to the patients and their dedication to trying to facilitate rapid diagnosis, never once making us feel that we are imposing on their good nature, which I'm sure we do. They are my heroes!!"
