At County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust we take patient feedback very seriously. Several wards are currently piloting our "A Moment of your Time" survey where patients, either being discharged from hospital, or being transferred to another ward, are given the opportunity to respond. We regularly review the feedback provided throughout the month and, where possible, follow-up actions are quickly implemented to improve your experience.
