Our aim is to enable the delivery of evidence based practice
patient care through the provision of a high quality and responsive
library and information service supporting all staff.
We provide a service to CDDFT staff and to NHS employees
working in Primary Care and Public Health in County Durham,
Darlington and Tees Valley. We also provide a service to
students on placement with the Trust and to direct employees of NHS
North East under the terms of the Service Level Agreement in

expect when you register to use our service:
Registering to use our service couldn't be easier, simply
complete a Registration
Form and return it to us. Once registered, we'll send you a
library membership card along with a welcome pack explaining all
about the services and resources that are available to you.
Our libraries are located within the Education Centres at
Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North
Durham. Call in and see us or feel free to contact us by
phone, fax or email if that's more convenient for you.
