Annual General Meetings

2022 AGM

Following The Queen's death, we are now in a period of national mourning which will apply until the day of the Queen's funeral on Monday 19 September. During this time Parliament is not sitting for standard business and as a result the Trust is unable to lay its Annual Report and Accounts as per annual reporting guidance, which in turn prevents us from publishing the document into the public domain.

In order to ensure that our members and our public get the most from our Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Trust has made the decision to postpone it. This will make sure that there is enough time for our Annual Report and Accounts to be published and for our members and public to read them ahead of attending the AGM. This will enable us to answer questions that you may have on our performance and activity in the 2021/2022 financial year.

The AGM will now be held on 16 November 2022 and details of the venue and how to book tickets will be added to our website in the coming weeks.

In the meantime please see below for details of last year's meeting.
