How to make a donation

Making a donation is easy to do and really does help us to enhance patient care and experience.

You can donate now by clicking the 'DONATE' button above/on the homepage.

  • By Visiting one of our Cashiers Offices at the Darlington Memorial Hospital or the University Of North Durham and donating by either cash or cheque
  • Payroll giving, as little as £2 a month ask your employer for details
  • Dropping raffle prizes off at any of our hospitals

However you choose to donate, please let us know if you have any special wishes for your donation.

You can add 25% to your donation, at no extra cost to you, by utilising Gift Aid. To be able to do this, the donation must be from you and the amount of Income and Capital Gains Tax that you are to pay in the current tax year must be equal to or greater than 25% of the donation. A Gift Aid declaration form can be found here, and can be completed and returned to one of the Cashiers Offices at our hospitals, or to either the postal address or e-mail address shown below:
