Dr Sarath Bethapudi is lead consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist for County Durham Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT), specialising in diagnostic, interventional Musculoskeletal and sports imaging. After obtaining FRCR qualifications, he pursued fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology from Leeds teaching hospitals. He was also awarded the GE, British Society of Skeletal Radiology (BSSR) / Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (FSEM) imaging fellowship at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. More recently, he offered his services as Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow 2014.
Dr Bethapudi has published on a range of topics in musculoskeletal, sports imaging, and delivered talks at national and international conferences. He is currently working towards expansion of community based musculoskeletal imaging services.
