Voice

Welcome to the County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust's Voice Therapy page. This page includes links to video exercises commonly given to patients within our Voice service, as well as an educational PowerPoint on vocal hygiene, and links to other useful websites for those with voice difficulties.

The sections below include links to voice exercises created by the Speech and Language Therapy Voice team at the County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust. These resources have been developed to fully support patients in their therapy, and will hopefully act as a useful memory aid. Please only use these resources if you have been directed to do so by your Speech and Language Therapist. If you have been experiencing a voice problem for longer than 3 weeks, consult your GP as soon as possible.

'I have to compliment everyone on their pleasant persona and their expertise and knowledge. By the end of the 5 days, I did not feel as though I had been in a hospital ward and was very relaxed.'
