Unless you are a single woman you will need to attend the appointment with your husband/partner.

You will be seen by one of the experienced  Fertility Sisters, or the Consultant who will 

  • Obtain a medical and social history from both of you.
  • Review results from previous investigations (if any)
  • Instigate any further investigations required at this stage.
  • Consider the welfare of the unborn child and any existing children  (link)


What to bring to the appointment

  • We will need to see some form of identification ie passport, driving licence or utility bill.
  • We also require a passport style photograph of yourselves for our records
  • You should also bring the completed documentation ie welfare of the child patient history sheet and the overseas visitor forms
