Need information and advice on contraception?

If you're having sex and don't want to get pregnant it's important to choose the right contraception for you. There are lots of methods to choose from, some are pills that are taken every day and some are longer acting such as the implant, the injection and the coil, which is fitted just inside the womb. Each method of contraception has some advantages and disadvantages so it's helpful to find out about all your options so that you can make the best choice.  When contraception doesn't fit with a woman's lifestyle it might not be used properly, which can increase the risk of unplanned pregnancy.
