'Audiology Department Once again, your department comes out top in my "Ears" and a you are a credit to the Memorial Hospital. Thank you for being so helpful, courteous and quick with the repair to my Hearing Aid. It a pleasure to know that you are still performing your usual high standard of service. Received the best service I could get in a calm atmosphere

The person who fitted my aid was so helpful and seemed to really care about the patients and her job

Made to feel at ease and free to ask any questions, went home wearing hearing aids and have worn them since then, I am very satisfied with my hearing aids they are so comfortable I forget I am wearing them

Having the time to fully discuss my problems and the opportunity to discuss different situations on a one to one basis with someone who accepted me as a person with the intelligence to understand all the complexities of my condition

My experience within the department was a very good one. I met people who gave me confidence in them that they might be able to help me achieve a good standard level of being able to hear properly once again

It was a really nice visit to the department everything was surprisingly easy to go through the whole test and getting the hearing aids
