Video consultations - Attend Anywhere

Attend Anywhere is an online video consultation platform that supports virtual appointments with your clinician from the comfort of your own home. We are launching this platform as one of the ways in which we are responding to COVID-19 and to ensure we are protecting you and our staff.

Please take a look at the two short videos we have provided inside the blue box which illustrate how these virtual appointments work.

You should try to log on to this page 10 minutes before your appointment is due to start.

Before your video call can begin, you will need to test your equipment at home - this might be an ipad/tablet/phone or computer. To do this please select the 'start video call' link below. Also, please check you have audio and your camera activated.

Once this has been done you will be navigated to a virtual waiting room.

Please note:

• Security - No information you enter is stored
• Network - You'll need a good connection to the internet
• Your surroundings - Make the call in a private, well-lit area
• Equipment - You'll need a device (PC/Laptop/Mobile Phone) with a camera, speaker and microphone
