To identify if the routine administration of Fluoxetine for 6 months after an acute stroke improves patients functional outcomes.

If you agree to take part in this study, you would be asked to take study medication (fluoxetine or placebo) for 6 months. After this, there would be a telephone or postal questionnaire which would be repeated again 6 months later. This means that your participation in the study would last for 12 months.

To study the effects of Folic Acid supplementation in pregnancy for the prevention of preeclampsia.

If you agree take part in this study, you will undergo routine physical examinations. In addition, you will be asked to take study medication (folic acid or placebo) throughout the duration of your pregnancy. There will then be a final telephone questionnaire around one month after delivery.

To collect data on patients diagnosed with non-valvular AF (atrial fibrillation), their treatments and outcomes in a real-world setting.

If you agree to take part in the study, you will be asked to attend a clinic visit every 6 months for three years. These visits will involve a general health and medication review.
