The Trust worked with staff to develop an evolving
quality and clinical strategy throughout 2014. This informed
the development of the new Quality & Clinical Strategy,
Through consultation events and feedback through the staff
survey we have refreshed our vision, values and behaviours and this
has led to us doing some further updating of our strategy.
Our clinical service and quality strategies have been combined
in a single document 'Quality Matters' which sets out the
priorities and principles for developing our services and
delivering our quality aspirations in the future.
