Our aim is to enable the delivery of evidence based practice
patient care through the provision of a high quality and responsive
library and information service supporting all staff.
We provide a service to CDDFT staff including those working in
the community and students on placement within the Trust. Any NHS
staff not employed by the Trust can apply for external membership
for a small fee.
Our libraries support you in the work that you do, in your
learning and development and any research activities that you may

register to use our service:
Registering to use our service couldn't be easier, simply
complete a Registration Form and return
it to us. Once registered, we'll send you a library membership card
along with details explaining all about the services and
resources that are available to you.
Our libraries are located within the Education Centre at
Darlington Memorial Hospital and the Learning Centre at Prospect
House. Call in and see us or feel free to contact us by phone, fax
or email if that's more convenient for you.
