Your Comment

"I found it disappointing that the computers in the library at Prospect House do not have speaker functions so when I can to do the EPR videos, it was impossible as I couldn't hear a thing. And I came with my earphone".

Our Reply

IT Services replaced the computers before the end of January 2023, as they said they would. The computers now have sound and headphones with a small jack plug can be used on them.

Computers in Room 12, on the first floor, also have sound and are available for use too.

Your Question

"Can we have a bike rack installed at Prospect House? There is nowhere to leave our bikes safely and securely".

Our Reply

A bike rack has now been installed in the rear car park, next to Prospect House. You can now leave your bike locked securely when you are visiting Prospect House.

The bike rack is for PH staff, students and visitors. The Trust accepts no liability for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of using the bike rack at Prospect House.

Your Suggestion

"It would be good if there were some power sockets and USB points in the coffee area around the tables and sofas so we can use our laptops and phones on our breaks. The power points that are there are difficult to use as they are at floor level!!"

Our Reply

This is a very good suggestion! We have looked into this and have now ordered two extension cables that have both power & USB sockets. We will try these on the high tables and soft seating areas and if they work well, we will consider getting some more extension cables.
