What to do after receiving your request

If you have received a response to your request and are not satisfied, there are options available.

  • You would like to request your response be provided in an alternative format
  • You would like clarification of the information provided
  • You have a follow up query based on the information provided

  • You are unhappy with the way your request was handled

This usually means that information has been ‘exempted’. If you are challenging the use of the exemption, you can request an internal review via our online form.

  • You have received the outcome of an internal review and remain dissatisfied with the way in which your request had been handled
