Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service (MSK)

The team was recognised for its outstanding work in transforming the MSK service through digital innovation. Their successful implementation of new systems and a redesign of patient pathways has improved access to care, enhanced the patient experience and helped create a more efficient and sustainable service. The nomination also highlighted the enthusiasm, collaboration and commitment shown by colleagues across the MSK service in embracing new ways of working and successfully embedding these improvements for the benefit of patients.
