Sharing a staff compliment
If during your care and treatment you have encountered a really good experience and want to pass on thanks to a team or individual, there are several ways to do so. The easiest and quickest way is to submit a compliment online:
If you are unable to use the digital form, please contact the Patient Safety and Experience Team by telephone: 0300 1246025 (charged at local rate) and they will be happy to pass on your comments.
Alternatively, you can post a card or letter of thanks directly to the ward or department involved. Or, if you prefer, you can send it to: Patient Safety and Experience Team, Darlington Memorial Hospital, Hollyhurst Road, Darlington, DL3 6HX and the team will pass it on for you.
