County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is committed to recognising and supporting unpaid carers, ensuring they have access to the information, resources and wellbeing support they need.
Do you, or someone you know, look after someone who couldn’t manage without your support?
This event is open to anyone who looks after someone, and isn’t being employed to do so - it could be a loved one, friend or neighbour - anyone who relies on them for daily care and support. Many unpaid carers often don’t recognise themselves as such, and this event aims to help them feel seen, supported, and empowered.
