Latest update

Work to deliver the new hospital continues to make good progress and is on track. Land remediation began in September 2026 and is preparing the site for construction.

The Trust is also developing its Final Business Case, which is due to be submitted to NHS England in early 2027. Subject to final approvals, construction is expected to begin in mid-2027.
