General enquiries

To help ensure enquiries are directed to the most appropriate teams, enabling faster responses and an improved overall patient experience, our general enquiries mailbox (cdda-tr.GeneralEnquiries@nhs.net) will close on Tuesday 31 March 2026. After this date, the mailbox will no longer be monitored and emails sent to this address may not receive a response. Please direct your enquiries to the appropriate contact listed below or contact the relevant department directly.

Clinical information

If your query relates to a clinical condition, clinical appointment or another request for medical information, please contact your General Practitioner (GP) in the first instance, or the department or team to which your enquiry relates. If necessary, please contact one of our main hospital switchboards and they will be able to transfer you to the correct department.

Accessing health records

To ask for access to health information held about you, please visit the Access to Health Records section or contact our Health Records Team: cdda-tr.accesstohealth@nhs.net

Media enquiries

We welcome interest from journalists in our hospitals, other facilities and services. Please visit our Media Centre for all media enquiries and requests for interviews, filming and photography.

All of our current job vacancies are advertised on the NHS Jobs website. We use a standard online application form for all vacancies to ensure we assess all applications fairly.
