Upcoming Open Board Meetings

The following Trust Board meeting will be held in public:

  • Wednesday 26 November 2025 at Prospect House in Durham

Meetings will usually commence at 9am.

You are welcome to attend these meetings and observe the CDDFT Board of Directors. Present at the meeting will be the Trust’s Chair, Chief Executive and the Board of Directors.

During the meeting, only the Directors will be able to discuss the topics on the agenda. There is no legal or other such right for members of the public to be involved in the discussions at these meetings, nor can we guarantee there will be an opportunity for questions during the meeting. Nonetheless, if time or an opportunity allows, the Chair may invite questions from the general public in attendance at the meeting.

Agendas and papers

We publish agendas and supporting documents in advance of meetings. In order to manage the size of the packs, appendices and late papers are not included but are available on request.

July 2018 Open Trust Board Papers

Please note: A paper from the Trust’s July Open Board pack has been temporarily removed from our website. We sincerely apologise for this. Due to an error, the paper which was included in the pack contained some personally identifiable information.

The paper in question, which is not related to the Breast Services Review, is currently being redacted. Once this process is complete, the full pack will be made available on the website again. No other papers in the pack will have changed.

The Trust offers its sincere apologies for this error. We have logged the incident within the organisation, are informing the relevant partners, and will be contacting anyone who may have been able to identify themselves from the report.
