Congratulations to the nurses and allied health professionals (AHPs) who took part in the recent Beyond Preceptorship programme – a two-day development opportunity designed to support career progression, build leadership skills, and promote positive team dynamics.
The programme, developed in collaboration with the workforce team, is tailored to empower early-career professionals as they transition beyond preceptorship.
With a strong focus on leadership, navigating challenging behaviours, and strengthening team culture, participants were encouraged to reflect, grow, and thrive within their roles.
