Learner of the month
Congratulations to Kelly-Marie Pattinson, who has been recognised for exemplifying excellence in practice and demonstrating a steadfast commitment to professional growth.

Educator of the month
Congratulations to Sheila Davies, who has been recognised for her exceptional coaching and commitment to best practice.
Sheila has played an important role in fostering confidence, growth and knowledge in her learner, while demonstrating CDDFT’s core values of kindness and compassion through her support and guidance.

The Practice Education Team shortlists winners each month, and colleagues are encouraged to continue nominating individuals who make a difference to learning and development across the Trust using the QR codes available on wards and departments.
