Next week, the Darlington Community Stop Smoking Service is hosting a series of events to support people to quit smoking, marking National No Smoking Day on Wednesday 11 March.

It’s never too late to quit.

Colleagues and members of the public are invited to drop in for advice, information and support at the following sessions:

  • Monday 9 March: Information table outside Hollies, Darlington Memorial Hospital (Between 09:30 – 14:30)
  • Tuesday 10 March: ‘Swap to Stop’ nightshift roaming session, Darlington Memorial Hospital (Between 16:30 – 22:00)
  • Wednesday 11 March: ‘Swap to Stop’ table outside Hollies and roving across the Darlington Memorial Hospital site
  • Thursday 12 March: Off-site pop-up event – Denmark Street Surgery (between 09:30 – 12:30)
  • Friday 13 March: Darlington Job Centre pop-up ‘Swap to Stop’ event (between 09:30 – 16:00)
