Helps us improve our services and enhance patient experience

We’re committed to providing the best possible care and support to all our patients and service users. We believe that your feedback is invaluable in helping us to improve our services and enhance the overall patient experience.

Whether you have had a positive experience with our teams and services, have suggestions for improvement, or want to share any concerns, we encourage you to let us know. Your feedback allows us to make informed decisions and take action to ensure we can deliver safe, compassionate and quality care.

We are committed to ensuring that your feedback is heard and acted upon. Your input helps us shape our services to meet the needs and expectations of our patients and service users. Together, we can make a difference in delivering outstanding care.

Please speak to us

We want all patients, families, and carers to have a positive experience. However, if you have a concern about the care or treatment you have received, we encourage you to speak to a member of staff, ward manager, or matron in the first instance. This can be arranged at any time, alternatively, many of our wards and departments have introduced ‘Sisters Hour’ where a senior nurse or department manager sets aside dedicated time to discuss any worries or concerns and answer any questions. Please see the information displayed on the ward or ask a member of staff. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through discussion with the team involved in your care.

If you do not feel able to do this, or if your concern remains unresolved, our Patient Safety and Experience Team is here to help and can support you in raising a complaint.
