Outpatient appointments
We understand that sometimes an appointment needs to be cancelled or rearranged. If that happens, please let us know as early as possible so your appointment slot can be given to another patient.
If you made your appointment via the e-referral system or via the NHS app there will be options to cancel or rearrange your appointment through those routes - find out more in this section. There should also be a contact phone number on your appointment letter or an email address if you received your appointment details that way.
