What is Martha's Rule?

Martha's Rule helps patients, families and carers obtain an urgent review when they are worried that a health condition is getting worse. Find out more.

Speak up if:

  • You are worried about your health during pregnancy or after birth
  • You are concerned about your baby's wellbeing
  • You feel your concerns have not been listened to
  • You believe a condition is deteriorating
  • You need help escalating concerns about your care
  • You would like support from a senior member of the maternity team
