Complementary Therapies

If you have cancer and live in County Durham or Darlington, you can use our complementary therapy service. It also supports anyone treated for cancer in one of our hospitals.

You can have one course of complementary therapies free.

Trained staff give all therapies in a safe and supportive place.

You can have:

• Ear acupuncture (auricular acupuncture)
• Massage
• Reflexology or
• Aromatherapy

The therapists work from: 

• St Teresa’s Wellbeing Hub Darlington
• Butterwick Hospice Bishop Auckland
